A small Italian Café arrives with an old wood fired pizza oven turning your event into a unique one of a kind experience to remember.

Our Neapolitan style, thin crust pizza captures the unique taste found throughout Italy, prepared by our friendly professional team.

We use only organic unbleached flour, fresh local produce, fresh mozzarella, imported sea salt and extra virgin olive oil for all of our catered events.

Served buffet style hot out of our 900 degree wood fired oven, our pizza cooks in two minutes.

    I loved the pizza! I was a neighboring vendor (beer booth) at the Loomis Thursday night Family Fun Festival and I tried the delicious pizza and it was the best ever! So perfect in it’s texture and flavors, hot but not limp, thin and juicy and rich with the fresh flavors and smooth mozzarella! It was to die for! Not too salty, pure and simple flavors melding to a symphony of joy on the tastebuds.

    Wow – I was so impressed with your business – I attended a high school graduation party and I loved your pizza! Your 2 minutes til done was truly 2 minutes! All the different pizzas you came up with – my favorite had blue cheese, the crust was crisp, the ingredients were fresh and so yummy.     These guys have the best pizza around! I’ve recently picked up my own outdoor oven for baking pizzas at my home and can’t match their skills. However, if you’re a pizza enthusiast I’d suggest looking into a cool outdoor oven of your own. It’s fun to learn how to make your own pizza…although, honestly when you have an event you’re going to want to look to The Brick Oven for they are the true experts.

    I am writing to inquire if one of your Pizza Oven/truck would be available to come out to our High School for Back to School night.

    The date is Thurs. Sept. 12. 5pm-7:30pm. at West Campus High School – 5022 58th St. Sacramento

    We are expecting a crowd of about 500 – 700 and I know the students would love it if you could come!
